But in November 2022, I realized I have a talent that could inspire the world … that talent is ‘Drawing”

I started developing that talent drawing portraits for people, and one day, maybe by revelation, I understood that “the love of beauty is taste, but the creation of beauty is art“.

I decided to start creating my own original works. I started to create amazing works, touching my life and lifting Souls even without making profit.

But now am facing a big challenge. I am having financial challenges that are limiting from inspiring more people with my drawing talent. Meeting the basic basic living needs keeps me from drawing and inspiring people in other related ways.

My goal as an artist is to heal and inspire many Souls out there with my art creations and to open a touring museum and art school where many artists, art lovers, students can be taught and inspired.

Always in a rush; early morning riser,
Raindrops upon roofs,
Leaves coloured in arched greeny,
Thus signified beauty and courage.

Sunlight drifts across trees,
Birds chirrping greetings to sunbeams,
Morning dews shines like diamonds,
Thus represents life and living.

To view a morning sky,
Multi coloured bands stretched across the sky,
Fogs blur the atmosphere,
Thus brought warmness to every fainting soul.

THE COUPLE: MARSHALL AND JESSICA JONES:

Marshall and Jessica met in the spring of 2019 at a Correctional Center in Winsconsin. Marshall was an inmate volunteer assisting with internal programs to elevate the life of inmates. Jessica was hired to lead programs formally to benefit inmates. She did too good a job and was fired on Friday 13, 2019, having failed her probabation due to being too successful. She wanted to keep in touch with the inner workings of prison life, and wrote a letter to Marshall which was intercepted and Correctional Management threw him in the hole. 

Marshall was subsequently transferred to another facility, they recommunicated, despite covid. Jessica had introduced Marshall to Peter Will Stevens in July 2020, and Marshall became the 5th poet on Red Thread Poets which launched October 10, 2020. On November 1st 2020, Red Thread Poets Facebook page started posting Marshall’s “Red Granite” Daily Devotions written from his new location in Redgranite WI.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Marshall had written over 800 Daily Devotions, which Red Thread Poets has posted every day.  On November 1st 2022, Marshall and Jessica got married.

Marshall remains in incarceration – pray for his soon release.

My Dad introduced me to Veronica – he knew her dad. My Dad, Douglas William Stevens ARPS had a photo studio, and took some wonderful pictures of her after we started dating. What are you thinking?

Your thoughts define who you are.

Are you carnally minded;

Are you spiritually Minded?

An idle mind is a devil’s workshop.

Keep your mind idle; you invite the devil

Meditate on the WORD of God; You invite the Holy Spirit

Think about worldly things; and you invite the devil.

Having consciousness of God’s presence, you invite the Holy Spirit.

Be mindful of what you think.

A Carnal mind is enemity to God

Eternally minded is of God.

Brethren what are you thinking?

What has dominated your mind?

Are you conscious of His Glory and presence?

Are you conscious of His Words?

Are you meditating His Words?

Brethren control your mind

Don’t let the devil in; and he will destroy you.

Let The Holy Spirit in; and he will save and direct you.

And your soul will prosper, AMEN
