For every win, sadly someone must fail.
For every bit of laughter, someone cries from a broken heart.
For every thunderstorm, there is a place where the sun shines brightly.
For every moment that we are not together, those moments are the ones when I miss you the most.
For every death that has brought a life to an end, a new life is born from the grace of God.
For every death of a newborn child, the life of that child’s soul will continue within the gates of Heaven, again by the grace of God.
For every person who finds their path to heaven, there will be those who fail in their search of Love, Peace and Faith.
For every important moment that you have sadly forgotten, there is a picture that hangs within the walls of your memory that brings a smile to your face and gratitude to your heart.
For every time you find yourself dancing with the devil, take comfort in knowing that the Lord is just a dance step away waiting for you with open arms so he can show you the most incredible Heavenly dance that will take your breath away and open your eyes to the beauty of it all.
For every time you feel fear, just understand that the fear you are facing might be there to make you aware that something good is closer than you think.
For every time you feel that you can’t change, turn that can’t into a can and now realize, you are halfway there.
For every time you feel you want more, take a step back and ask yourself how many people out there in the world would love to have what I have at this moment. You might just be surprised at the answer
For every time you have fallen within your personal life, just know that you can pick yourself back up, say a little Prayer and start over again. For every time you read these words, “my words” just know that I am grateful and appreciative for you taking the time to do so and wish you nothing less than Love, Peace, Faith and wonderful days ahead.

The Depressed Poet comes from many years of suffering from Depression. While in the hospital for this a doctor suggested that I try my hand at poetry and that is where life changed for me. I wrote about things I never really thought of before like God, Jesus, Heaven and so on. I do not consider myself a great or good writer because, I am not. What I am is a man, who stumbles through his words, so he can make it through his days. I also host a podcast called, The Coffee and Prayer Series.
