Who else could hold the night sky?
Just a thirst we can’t control.
To hide behind the shadow that protects our flanks,
These old buildings reveals a thousand hidden stories.
When does tomorrow becomes today?
The trouble with peace is that we dont trust it,
So lets marry the fire and embrace the chaos,
For chaos is our reflection here.
To cut straight to chase,
Would the sun ever forget to rise?
We’re going the wrong path but making right turns
Because we seem to be lost in a small country road.
I don’t want to feed my mind with an illicit thought,
But who knows what life has in store?
Like the voice of a bird chirrping on a river side,
Our lips promise eternity,
But life gets complicated.
Who else could hold the night sky?
